"I really didn’t know what to expect the first visit I had. But Bridget was so knowledgeable and patient- she explained the whole process then Tiffany did 2 hours of complete testing. The day of surgery - everything worked like a well oiled machine! No anxiety and the procedure was short and easy. My checkup the next day produced 20/20 vision in both eyes!!!! What a great feeling! I’d highly recommend this place and it’s people! Great experience!!!"

"The staff here were incredible. My consultation was very thorough and they made sure I understood everything about the process and procedure. They were very up front about the cost, risks of the procedure, etc. The day of the surgery was as easy as it could be. I was the first procedure of the afternoon and was in an out within an hour and a half. The surgeon spent time with me to explain the procedure and see what questions I had. During the surgery he explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. The day after surgery my eyesight was 20/15 and will keep improving. I am on day 3 and am healing quickly and painlessly. I could not recommend this place enough."

After speaking with the front desk, the optometrist, and my surgeon, I was completely confident that the operation would go well. The competence of the team in the operating room was very fast paced and impressive, and, since my surgery, I have 20/16 vision with no complaints or complications. "The staff was all nice! Trisha is probably the sweetest woman you’ll ever meet. The surgery was a lot more terrifying that I thought it would be. That’s why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, because I wish they would have told me more and I could have taken the appropriate drug to help my nerves and heart. I had 20/16 one day after surgery so I would call that a success! I would suggest to read the fine print before purchasing the assurance plan, they for sure want to sell you on it and to be honest I thought it was a little too much pressure. I did get the punctual plugs and I’m not even sure if they are even in my eyes. I know he put them in, but they just didn’t say anything about them the day after and I can’t see them. Overall I am very happy I had LASIK and I would recommend LVI. *Edit-After 4 months my vision in both eyes is 20/15! I am 30 years old so I’m looking forward to 10+ years of perfect vision!
