"This is probably the worst doctors office I have been to I was a patient for about 7 years or more. Their mission is to do as little as possible. They will not answer the phone they can’t send a prescription correctly. I’m honestly not sure what they can do right. Three months I had already booked an appointment to move to MUSC as my primary care wish I had done this way sooner. They cannot retain any employee so you will always see a new doctor. Very immature and unprofessional staff. The manager is very vindictive. Do yourself a favor and avoid this practice at all cost."

"i called monday after having a monstrous cough for weeks. no answer. i called 5 more times (during business hours) and no answer. finally i left a message, and no one called me back. by tuesday morning, i called at 8 am explaining how i need to get in pretty urgently and the woman on the phone kept telling me what i had was probably covid, which i had covid only a few weeks ago, so i knew it wasn’t, and i knew she didn’t need that information but i told her anyway. she kept insisting to just take a home test because it “just sounds like covid.” she finally agreed to let me in for an appointment to see someone who actually can tell me what i have and i was diagnosed with an extreme form of bronchitis. i got two types of medication for treatment, plus a refill on a personal prescription. well my personal prescription never got sent to my pharmacy and of course, i would have to call back and either be ignored or talk to that woman. this morning, i woke up before the sun rose with terrible nausea and had symptoms that did not match my bronchitis. after getting sick for several hours, i call and ask to speak to the nurse practitioner i spoke with yesterday to address my new symptoms, to which a different woman on the phone said “she’s not here until monday sooo…” i just hung up because the entire establishment is a joke so if you want a physicians office that will prioritize you, this is not it."
