"This location was wonderful. From the receptionist to the nurses and the doctor, everyone was so friendly and attentive. Dr. was thorough in his examination and explanation of treatment options. My medication was called in promptly. I was in and out within an hour. Should the need arise, I will not hesitate to go back or recommend this location to anyone!"
"We checked in online for 10:50 am appointment. I know this is just an estimate, but at 12pm we were still waiting to be called back to see a doctor. What is the point of the check in ahead process. We finally saw the doctor at 12:20 for 5 minutes. We have been here before and the experience was great. As always the nurse was super nice."

"I was extremely disappointed in the treatment received here. I came in with a fractured wrist, 2 times it’s size and little to no mobility. I originally visited the doctors care off of Jonnie Dodds and the doctor there was lovely. Unfortunately they didn’t do x rays there so I was sent to this location. The X ray tech was nice , thorough. I sat in the room waiting for the doctor for 20 minutes. doctor Tunney popped his head in and said “your X ray looked fine” He Didn’t even take the time to come in, introduce himself , take a look at my wrist etc. He also didn’t give me any follow up instructions , or options as to what would be causing the pain & swelling- yet he didn’t even see the swelling because he never stepped foot in the room to examine it. The practitioner at the first doctors care was great, she called me after and told me things it could be - and recommended for me to see an orthopedic surgeon. Very disappointed in the care that Dr Tunney gave me at the Ivy Doctors choice. Seemed very interested in being paid as a doctor but not providing the care needed. There needs to be better screening / bedside manner courses taken. I will not return here."
