"Oh my gosh. I can’t express how positive my visit was and how deeply grateful I am to the team that treated me. I hope they see this and know they did an incredible job and it’s not unnoticed. I’ve been dealing with something extremely painful, and my visit to a different urgent care and my dentist was unhelpful. I was misdiagnosed at the places I visited before Sea Island Medical Care and this was extremely stressful and emotional. I was helped at Sea Island by a student and a PA. The student was extremely knowledgeable, holistic, empathetic, and very impressive. The PA was also great and told me HOW I got this, explained in depth was I was dealing with, how to treat it, and what to do to prevent it in the future. It really is SO comforting to know what’s going on in my body, what I may have a tendency for, and knowing it can be prevented. To the lady who drew my blood—I am so appreciative to you, as I explained to the staff that this is my worst fear. She used numbing spray on me, a short needle, and had a conversation with me meanwhile that distracted me. It really wasn’t bad. So glad I found out about this place, and will continue to go even though it is 40 minutes away from me. Also, the facility is decorated very well, clean, and pleasant to be in. They even had white noise in the room I was being cared for in which was very soothing. Also, the portal is just great. I love all the information they captured, and it’s very modern and overall really impressive. I’m really impressed they even captured things I briefly mentioned about my health! Great attention to detail and promptly entering it in my file."

"I honestly cannot say enough good things about this office and staff! I have never had a bad experience here. I absolutely love that the staff have mostly all been working there since we started coming. I personally think it says a lot about a practice when they do not have high rate of staff turnover. Sharee was as kind as ever and checked us in with a smile. She is always so very nice and helpful! We saw one of my favorite MA’s- Patrick. He is just amazing! This visit was for my son. Patrick had to do a flu and strep test. Patrick made it painless for my son. He also took excellent care of me earlier this year when I took a really bad fall. We did not get to see Kia for this visit, but saw her as we were walking out. She said hello. Kia has taken excellent care of me in the past. She is wonderful. My son was seen by William Finch, PA and we had a great experience. I am truly grateful for this practice and especially the amazing staff! Heather Waits"

"Patrick, the phlebotomist, has always performed my blood work for nursing school going on my 2nd year now. He is incredibly kind, respectful, informative, and PAINLESS with his blood draws. I request him for my visits for those exact reasons! Ms. Dorcas at the front desk is also very kind & welcoming. I couldn’t recommend Sea Island Medical more! You guys rock!!!"
