Roper St. Francis Physician Partners - OB/GYN

"ALL the info. I've found on EVERY link I've clicked for the Roper facility at Rivers and 526 says they are OPEN until FIVE O'CLOCK. To me, that means they lock the door at 5, but if you are in the door before then, you will get seen. My Dr. made me go here (from Summerville) to get a Covid test for my surgery next Tuesday. I left work early and raced to get there before 5 for my 1- minute Covid test. When I got to the door at 4:46, they were locked up, and the rude ladies that answered the door said there was nothing they could do because they closed at 4:45!! Seriously?? Shame on this office for NOT taking care of patients and putting the patients as their TOP priority in order to stay in business. I would have understood if it was 5:01, because THEN I would have been late, according to THEIR OWN WEBSITE and MY REFERRING DOCTOR. But that, on top of the nasty attitude I was greeted with at the door, put my blood pressure right up in the danger zone. Shame on them for being yet another example of our country's decline. In addition to ABIDING by YOUR OWN POSTED WORK HOURS, you need a lesson on treating people nicely, especially when you have a business to run!! ATTITUDE is EVERYTHING!!!"

"the worst experience i have ever received. after having a high fever, i was told to go get retested for covid 19, and although i didnt want to waste another test, i did what i was told. the doctor/nurse whoever was at the door, after waiting in the line, was horribly rude. i tried to show her my paperwork that showed that my doctor told me to go get another test done. ive never received that kind of treatment from someone in a medical profession ever. its actually sad that she thought it was okay."

"Have been going here for a few months now. It’s pointless! Had blood work done, never got a call or letter about my results. The first time I had to call them to see what my results were. Honestly, the physician hasn’t done anything to at least attempt to fix my problem. I reached out to another ob/gyn to get an appointment."

"This office is honestly ridiculous. I had an appointment today at 12 I got there at 11:59 and sat there until 12:25 when I decided to just walk out and leave because there was no one at the front desk no one in the glass area and I was twiddling my thumbs. This is the worst service I've ever had at a doctor's office before. Dr. Lumpkin is amazing but it's not worth sitting there for 30 minutes before I'm even seen by a nurse. I will be finding other care."
