"Honestly, very upset with the billing and scheduling service. First, I believe that ROPER is purposely doing things incorrectly in patient files to be able to send things to collectors. For example, my address was put in incorrectly in my file, and still is (as I called today), which caused bills to be sent to me at incorrect address. Hence, Roper sent it to a collector, who for some reason had no issue locating my address correctly. Looking at the other reviews looks like I am not the only one that this is happening to. What I find the most messed up is the fact thatPhysicians wonder why patients are not reaching out for care, maybe it is possible because they are having experiences like this. I racked up over $600 in medical bills that I NEVER received which was sent to a collector to impact my credit score."

"Someone here is double dipping with insurance and billing patients…I’ve paid my bills, was told I have paid in full, now have been sent to collections. They refuse to accept my insurance, but a girl I work for uses the same insurance and goes to the same ob…so I’m charged as though I have no insurance and have to pay in full at each appt. After each appt, I’m billed again-for the same amount I’ve already paid, then have to prove I’ve paid it…2-3 times for each visit I’ve had here. Now I’m being sent to collections for a bill I’ve paid for and have proven I’ve paid multiple times. I truly hope they get in trouble for their stealing."

"The absolute worst. St Roper's is the worst establishment I've ever been in. Unfriendly is an understatement and get ready for an 800 dollar bill that you were told your insurance would cover. You wait 2 hours to get someone to come into the office with you then when you tell them you're clearly frustrated they'll either refuse care or get rude. I've been to 3 different Roper's establishments. They're all awful I feel so sorry for the Charleston are since this is one of the few options for hospital care."

"Communication is terrible at this office. They don't have a direct office line, so every time you call the number they have someone that answers. That person then calls to see if the nurse or doctor is available to talk (which they never are when I call which is understandable). They always leave a message with the office, but they never get back to me even after multiple calls. I eventually went to my primary care doctor who explained test results and medications to me."

"My doctor here is a full 5 stars and the woman at the front desk is wonderful as well. My problem is that the nurse tried pushing her Arbonne products on me when she was getting me ready to see my doctor. I understand people need other means of income (including pyramid schemes like this company), but keep your side hustle your side hustle and learn to do your job without pushing products on people. Totally unprofessional and makes me wonder how many people she has duped with her products."
