"Doesn't fill prescriptions out to send to pharmacy. I need two types of different meds one they only sent one pill over and one pill isn't gonna cut the stuff I have going on and another is an inhaler and my insurance isn't gonna cover the one they sent over the pharmacy and the doc office need to be more responsible"

"The first thing I want to say is April at the front desk is so unprofessional and has absolutely no idea what she is doing. She needs to be put through training or fired. She doesn’t know answers to questions like “why can’t you request the records?” “Why haven’t records been requested?” All she says is she will leave a note. Ma’am, y’all have left notes for 5 days now. We’ve been trying to get them to send a request to get records from previous doctor for 5 days now. Previous doctor hasn’t received anything. The doctor was in a rush to get us out of the room. The whole front desk staff is a joke. I hope this place gets shut down because it’s just a menace. I can’t express how much you should not use this office"

"I have been using this office while Dr. Wimberly was My physician and had a great relationship. This new Ownership Palmetto Primary Care is not as such, there Is no CARE!! It has taken three days to get an appointment made just to get prescriptions refilled. I called days before running out to either get them refilled Or make an appointment, followed their phone instructions to either make an appointment or prescription refills neither worked! It has taken them over Two days to just return a phone call, customer care is not A priority but simply financial gain! This will be my last Visit with them before transferring to a new local Physician. If you want care or concern go else where Paul"
