"My daughter was admitted to this treatment facility with depression and anxiety. After a stay of 7 days, she was discharged. It seems that the criteria for discharge requires the patient to “ not be suicidal and to have the tools to manage anxiety “. She took her life 4 days later. She had returned home in no better shape than when she left. The communication was nonexistent, and telephone calls were rarely returned. She said that the staff were rude and the food was not edible. This is a revolving door facility. Please think twice before admitting your loved one ."

"Called 1/16/2024 to make a new patient appointment I was transferred 4 times until someone was actually able to tell me what was going on and that they didn’t offer my level care. The lady I spoke with was also rude and rushed me off the phone and hung up on me I am dental professional for 11 years and I know first hand how to treat patients if they can’t even get the staff who picks up the phone in order there is no way anyone should be treatment done at this office. I never write reviews good or bad but enough is enough I am sick of calling medical facilities and they have temps answering the phone or people who aren’t trained to be professional or just straight up people who hate their jobs and taking it out on everyone so congratulations for being my first review!"

"I really loved it here, the food was good, amazing actually. I wanted to stay to be honest, the technicians were so nice and helped me a lot, i miss them actually, I'm gonna cry thinking about them. I would say their names but I'm not sure if they would like that, but I was in unit 6(was 7). I met some great people, and many were supportive. I cried for two hours straight heading back home, I wish I could have written a note for every technicians, nurses and staff that worked in the unit. I love yall!"

"I feel like my stay here was beneficial because they staff were supportive and understanding. But I was placed on the mental health side first that didn’t not help me unfortunately. But about 1 day later I was transferred to the substance abuse unit which rally helped me. I didn’t believe my substance abuse was that bad and I only talked about my mental health issues but they used there clinical knowledge to send me to the unit that would be best beneficial.the only reason it’s not a 5 star because I’m vegetarian and I have an eating disorder. The lack of vegetarian option kind of triggered me to not what to eat but the accommodated it the best they could."

"This facility needs some major changes when it comes to the staff. There was about 5 staff members that were actually qualified to work there. The staff would talk poorly about the patients in front of their patients!!! A majority of the female techs and nurses had major attitude problems and acted like they didn’t even want to be there. The nurses and lunch ladies literally had on going drama while I was there and would actually argue in front of the patients. These people are extremely unprofessional, unqualified, and ignorant. If I could give them zero stars I would. Don’t send the people you care about here !!"
