"Boarded our dog for the holidays and trusted them to give her her daily anxiety medication, which cannot be missed as advised by her vet. They didn’t give it to her, and didn’t return it to the person who picked her up the day before Christmas Eve. We were flying home and had to call over and over to get in touch with someone, only to be met with a harsh tone of inconvenience to this business. This is the absolute definition of neglect. Stay away from this facility, they are only in it for the money."
