"I had to get a DOT Physical sat in the diseased waiting area for over 2 hours before being scene. I woke up sick the following morning… still in bed sick 3 days later. Yes I wore a mask the entire time while others had their s pulled down using their phones . WOULDN’T recommend going there"

"I recently visited CCOH with my husband, he has a back injury and is being treated by Dr. Weissglass. I wanted to share how pleasant our experiences has been with during an uncomfortable situation. Dr. Weissglass and the staff are exceptional caregivers. From the doc to scheduling and everyone in between have been so kind and caring making sure my husband gets everything he needs in a timely fashion. They have gone above and beyond, providing him with the necessary care and tests his injury requires. We are confident he will continue to receive the best care at CCOH to get him back to 100% soon. "Came here two days ago to get a PPD (a TB test). Waiting room was very very packed then. Spent about an hour here in total, including waiting, being called back, and having the test administered. Today, I have now been waiting an hour and haven't even been called back yet just for someone to look at my arm to determine that I don't have TB! This should have taken less time than when I came in to get the actual injection. Ridiculous. Waiting room is packed again today. Alot of people walk up to the front desk and the lady sitting there is short with them, has a rude edge to her voice, impatiently telling everyone to just "sign in and take a seat". She's not even wanting to take the time to listen to what question they have, when people are trying to ask is this the right place for this? Or they've been waiting for an unusually long time, were they checked in properly? One lady was even standing there and she was told before she could even say anything to sign in and have a seat. She then said she was here for an interview... They don't give you time to speak! Next time, Ill pick one of the other places on the list my employer gave to me and go there to get my test done. And I've been here maybe 3x in the past 3 years to get this done. The service has gone downhill."

"Extremely slow! They do walk ins also which is a plus but maybe shouldn't bc they cant handle the regular scheduled patients. Wait time for me was over an hour. Ridiculous. So many people were here couldnt take any pictures around the waiting area."

"This place sucks. I sat in the waiting room for thirty minutes before they remembered to give me paperwork. I now have been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour and a half waiting to be called back to get a TB test read and physical. They say they are double booked, ridiculous their office staff obviously doesn't k ow how to book appointments. They yell at you from the counter and call u "baby" not sure where they learned customer service from. If you don't have to come here don't! But if ur like me you are getting hired by the county and have no choice but to deal with the stupidity. Figures might as well use my time wisely while waiting in the waiting room."
