"Don't stay here. When I checked in to my room, I noticed a horrible smell. The AC wasn't working right, making the room humid and dank. I saw a greasy stain on the floor that hadn't been cleaned. There were hairs and stains on the sheets. I went down to the desk, got a new room, only to find a large amount of hair collected on the shower drain. It clearly hadn't been cleaned. At least the room didn't smell? Friday night, there was a group of people on the patio at 11:30 and there were two kids bouncing a basketball over and over. Apparently the quiet hour rule is not a thing. I was there for a conference and had to wake up early to give a talk. I called the front desk twice. No one answered. I got dressed, went down to the lobby to find a woman was actually working there, just ignoring the noise outside (and the phone). I asked if she was going to do anything and aren't quiet hours at 10? She said that no, they're at 11 (?) but went outside to talk to them. I'm back in my room and of course the noise is still happening."

"Straightforward and minimalistic, very clean! Games for the kids Nice fitness room Bed & pillow were heavenly! Like sleeping on a cloud. In a great spot. Right next to the university. Very convenient! Ample eating spots close by. Nice front desk staff."

"Cute, trendy hotel with a fun atmosphere, especially in the lobby. The front desk staff were great. Visited during Christmas and it was very festive and decorated. Unfortunately during our stay, the pipes burst and we were not able to use the water and the fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. The room was also slightly not clean, however we did not report to the service staff at the time. After contacting Hilton following our stay, they were very responsive. I will plan to stay at a Hilton hotel again."
