"I've been coming here for over a year seeing Doctor Osborne. He is the sweetest, kindest soul and has always treated me with the highest of respect, professionalism, and dignity. I can tell he really cares for his patients. I absolutely love this office, everyone is kind, attentive, and very efficient. The front desk receptionist was nothing but sweet and exactly what a doctor's office needs! I don't see how anyone would have anything bad to say about this office."

"Lowcountry Ob/Gyn (East Cooper Physician Network LLC) added extra charges to my bill and despite months of attempted communication on my end, they have refused to fix the bill. I went in for a regular yearly check-up and was billed for topics that my RN (Alyssa Petry) brought up regarding the pre-appointment questionnaire/survey that they give all patients to fill out. Apparently answering these questions is a way to reclassify the visit so that it is no longer considered a “regular checkup” and was instead classified as a “specialized topic” visit. This adds extra charges/expenses which are not covered by insurance. East Cooper Physician’s billing recommended reaching out to the practice manager. Despite constantly calling and even visiting in person, I was never able to reach the practice manager, Missy, and was continuously told that she would get back to me. It has been months and I have heard nothing back from her. This organization is completely unethical and incompetent and I highly recommend you find somewhere else for your Ob/Gyn needs."

"Absolutely loved Dr. Crymes, but the office part is stuck in the 80s. They are “unable” to schedule you a year out and expect you to call in 11-12 month. If you don’t, they then refuse to renew your birth control after a year and say it’s on you for not scheduling because they sent a mail flyer, you know the most reliable form of communication. God forbid they call or email. I highly recommend the doctor but not the office"
