"I went to this practice based on local referrals. I have a cyst in my knuckle which makes it hard to wear my wedding band. I explained that I had it aspirated once and it lasted for years. The Dr was very nice and said that he would do the same. Instead of a needle aspiration he squeezed the cyst like a pimple. Unfortunately that method did not help at all. When I received my bill I called several times to ask about redoing the treatment they way that the last doctor had done it. I finally got a call back today from Connor who explained that there was nothing that could be done with my bill or to see if there was a different way to treat. He said my only option would be to pay the bill and comeback in and be charged again. Since it is a new calendar year it would be out of pocket. This would be charged at almost $4k to pretty much pop a pimple in my knuckle. I understand that this is medical office but I am disappointed that as a patient we do not have any rights in what kind of medical treatment we can request. For $4K I could surgically get the cyst removed or try to pop it myself and put the money towards a new ring. Lesson learned and figured that I would share in case someone else has this same random issue."
"Dr. Devries did surgery on my trigger finger and he and his nurse were amazing! Both have great bedside manner and Dr. Devries explained everything to me and the options. The surgery and the post op went just as he said it would and my hand is now pain free. Anyone with hand issues would do well to schedule a visit with Dr. Devries. You will not be disappointed."
"My wife had a terrible experience following a knee replacement done by Dr Dalton. Ended up the day after surgery in the ER with acute pain . Been in hospital 3 days and despite repeated calls and messages no doctor follow up from SCPMOC. All about doing the surgery but poor post op care."
"Dr. Wartinbee is fabulous! I had to have a a cyst removed from my wrist, the cyst not only caused me a great deal of pain but I was no longer able to bend my wrist and had lost a lot of my gripping capability. He was super informative about what the problem was and the care plan. The surgery went extremely well, he listened to my concerns about pain and I was surprised at how painless it was! The scar is minimal which is awesome but best of all, I have use of my wrist back! I can’t express how delighted I am with Dr. Wartinbee’s surgical skill and caring sensibility. I highly recommend him, if you need an orthopedic specialist, you won’t find a better surgeon or a nicer man than Dr. Wartinbee!"
"Dr wartinbee was Excellent. I’m giving it one star because of there scheduling and finance department. Had insurance, scheduler scanned it in did not tell me I was out of network. If I had known would have gone someplace I was in network with. Had to pay 90 dollars at check in and was sent a 586 dollar bill as if I was a self pay patient. Not knowledgeable front desk staff. Also tried calling there finance department they did not call me back. Only front desk answered saying they were sorry but couldn’t do anything.I have worked in orthopedic offices before and know that is something you need to tell the patient when they check in."
