"There's a reason why they have 2.9 stars. To start the representatives are unprofessional, rude and a few should not be working a job where they have to interact with people. They wrote my information down wrong and then had the nerve to be disrespectful and ugly towards me. Save your time and look somewhere else.. The Dr will just discharge you based on these horrible people that work the phones. I thank the lord he sent me the sign.."

"If I could give this place a 0 I would they are the worst run office I have ever encountered. My husband was told by a Dr. He would remove a cataract.When he called to schedule the surgery he was told by the nurse well the Dr does not think it would help. He was referred to another Dr in the practice do the surgery the date was set and he was given a pre op pack. Which stated that the office would contact him the day before to give him the time. When we did not hear by 3 pm I had him call them. He was told that surgery was canceled weeks ago. We asked by whom they stated they did not know. Run this is the most unprofessional atmosphere I have ever encountered.Now they want to refer him to another Dr. No Thanks !! Awful"
