"Wonderful and attentive staff, and tremendous care team. I went in with an unusual and painful problem which had not been dealt with at all by the VA in Virginia. The medical team listened, asked intelligent questions, did a thorough exam and got me set up for treatment. Thank you so much! I had come in with low expectations and left with my faith in the VA system restored."
"I've been going there since it opened... never a problem. Staff wonderful: professional and caring. Wait times better than civilian clinics. If there's an issue it's in getting a quick appt. But they work with you, triage & u do get seen. Very nice place, they share facility with active duty. Lab, Xray, Mri rtc shared and quick."
"They're more concerned about trying to force you to be a compliant little sheep and make you wear a mask than administer health care and make sure you're getting the treatment or examinations you need."
"Good luck getting memtal health treatment here, the psychologists here are why people kill themselves. They will make you feel like you are lying for being on medications that you've been on for years, if its helping they will take it away and tell you you can't have it for what your issues are because you don't have some other issue."
"The doctors and nurses for general care are amazing and very attentive. Their MOVE program is pretty decent, but their hours for meetings are incredibly difficult to work around if you have a day job. Getting an appointment is a nightmare unless you go in person. However, the front desk personnel don't seem to know anything (they had no idea how to get the VHIC card) and the personnel who transfer calls are incredibly rude and dismissive (will almost always use a 'tone' with you). If you have difficulties getting onto base, go to the Pass and ID office on your right right after JR's Pub to get your pass onto base."
