Reviews of MinuteClinic at CVS
"I had a dot physical, today was the last day I could get it, the lady at minute clinic said... Oh it takes to long and tried to refer me to another clinic but she didn't know that only through the job I have to pick a place that the job has for me. Soo frustrating I don't recommend a stray dog goes there. To lazy for a 45min dot do your job.. smdh"
"Not sure if Ashley still works there (she should’ve been fired long ago according to these reviews) but I had her a couple months ago when I was a freshmen dealing with horrible throat pain. Belittled me for how I felt and made me feel like I was being over dramatic with my pain. I cried in the waiting room while waiting for my test results because of her attitude and how awful she made me feel. After this visit, I told myself I would never use a CVS minute clinic again because of Ashley. She should not be working on a college campus at all and definitely gave off ‘mean girl in high school’ vibes."
"Ashley was the worst nurse I have ever delt with in my entire life. Cried in the waiting room because she made me feel stupid for feeling sick. Told her I didn’t feel good and she backed her chair away from me like she was scared. As a 21 year old student it is hard enough to be sick and not in reach of your family. Someone FIRE HER. She does not belong at a campus CVS! Thought I was just anxious and came here and it seems like everyone agrees"
"Issues with a website update led to my appointment being on the schedule and issues with the computer system led to my not being able to even get what I came to the clinic for. The NP there was so apologetic and kind and got me set up at another location that was sure to have everything I needed, as soon as possible the next day. While this experience didn't get me everything I needed, and I would've preferred not to have to make a second trip, the service I received and the understanding from the clinic staff really helped this be a much better experience than it could've been."
"I found another review of this Minute Clinic that perfectly explained my same experience. The other reviewer wrote: "Zero customer care. Zero compassion. Ashley, NP may not realize how lacking in compassion she is. If she does she needs a vacation or a new job. Poorly run too. Made an error with our insurance and charged us. Buyer beware. Check your insurance before you go here. Because once you’re helped it is too late." I could NOT agree more! I went for a reaction to my Covid Vaccine. Obviously I was incredibly nervous and just wanted to be safe not sorry. I also dealt with Ashley and felt belittled, degraded, and hurt. She made me feel dumb and dramatic for even coming in to get checked. Further, she claimed my insurance was expired (I had used it 2 weeks prior) so I paid out of pocket. After the visit I contacted my insurance company and they said my card was perfectly fine and NOT expired. She made the entire experience so uncomfortable and overall a complete waste. I don't normally write reviews, especially not negative ones, but I had to share my horrible experience to hopefully prevent others from going through this."
