I have contacted their appointment center three times since my initial appointment on Nov 18th 22. that appointment went very well not for my results but everyone there was very kind and the appointment ran very smoothly. Their appointment center dropped the ball , so did their office in West Ashley where i was to go for more testing. It reflects badly on everyone who is associated with appointment makers, receptionists and doctors. One fails they all fail and my reason for the one star. I was never to have contacted them I only contacted appointment center because I hadn't heard from doctors office almost two weeks after ENT visit plus two more contacts with them still no word back no appointment for the test. I realize holidays are busy but not an excuse to never give me a call is inexcusable!"
