"I like that I had the option to fill out the paperwork online and received a text to avoid extra wait time. My only issue was the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming. It’s enough I’m sick. I would like to feel welcomed but work on being more kinder. The other staff were very nice."

"It's a bad place to take your children !! They don't update your pharmacy data and they don't mind helping you and making you wait when you need the medicine!! The people at the front desk don't serve, they treat you super badly !!! They don't do their job!! They don't shut up on this site, they are super racist and they don't do their job.Yes, well, it's time to give it less than 5 stars, I would do it a super bad place, they don't know how to work"

"I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the receptionist and the Nurse Practitioner who saw me. There was a genuine sense of care and concern. This is my first time having to visit an Urgent Care since moving to the Charleston area in 2015 to work in Radiation Oncology. This location also happens to be convenient to my residence, so I will definitely go again if needed."

"I visited a Doctors Care urgent care facility due to experiencing a prolonged cough, shortness of breath, and high fever. Although there was no wait time to be seen, I must admit that the level of service I received was subpar. Unfortunately, within 24 hours of leaving the urgent care, my condition worsened, leading me to be hospitalized and ultimately brought to the emergency room. It was then that I received the diagnosis of both Covid and the flu. Throughout the entire process, I felt that the doctor at “Doctor car “ was not attentive to my needs whatsoever."
