"I almost gave 1 star because of 2 unprofessional associates I had to deal with after the fact on 1/15/24. The best service from the other staff outweighed their negative impact on my experience therefore, I gave a 5.. I went in sick as a dog, they got me back immediately, took my vitals and took a covid and flu test. The flu test was positive. The Dr. was well informed and over compensated everything I needed to get well and gave helpful advice. This was the best in and out trip to the Er I’ve ever experienced. The next day the devil knew I found a new facility and knew I was going to tell all my family and friends because I was happy with the services and wanted them to have the same excellence I had. The next day 1/15/24 I called and needed to pick up something. The lady told me over the phone yeah sure, that’s no problem. Stop by before we close at 8 and we will get it ready for you. I said no problem I am 2 miles down the street, will be there in 5 minutes or less. I walked in and immediately I could tell the lady at the desk was ready to go, having a bad day and wanted mine to feel exactly like hers. I then explained to her that I literally just called and what was said to me. She then said no, we can’t do that. I said okayyy (confused) well the young lady on the phone said you could and I wouldn’t have come up here, out my bed running a 103 fever with the flu if she said that. She then gets up, walks over to the lady I spoken with and they had a 3 minute conversation. This is pretty long when you’re really sick and struggling to stand. Then the lady I spoken with then turns to me and said I never told you that ma’am. Now I’m really confused because why am I here then? I’m now trying to explain without getting confrontational because they were intentionally trying to get me upset. Lately customer service workers put up this persona making it like you’re causing problems to have a story time for their FB or TikTok not realizing they are affecting people’s real life. I have NEVER been a confrontational person EVER. So to be handled this way made me feel low and put in a bad position because now I’m being accused of being a liar. I just pray these young women in customer service learn how to affectively listen to there clients and not intentionally try to be mean to go cry victim when they run across someone who has time for the foolishness. Life should be easier and have more love and positivity going around. Thank goodness for the staff that treated me on the Jan 14th because I would have never returned if I hadn’t experienced the greatness of that crew. The staff working on Jan 15th in customer service needs additional support when making a mistake then calling the customer a liar instead of owning it. They can also use a few smiles when conducting business with customers. That simplicity goes a long way."
