"I would rather DIE than to walk inside those doors again. I had recently become a primary care patient with a really nice PA. Several visits. Physical, blood work, etc. a couple weeks later I walked in to get a maintainance medication filled. (Not a controlled substance.) Never before in my life have I witnessed blatant disregard for a patient's well being. I was told "NO" before I finished asking my questions. Followed by rude and unnecessary remarks. I left,.went down the street (West 1.5 miles) and found a compassionate PA who had me taken care of in 15 minutes with kindness and respect. I chose Nason because I believe in second chances. That was a mistake. Not only is Nason never getting a second chance, neither is anyone else. Your staff was so condescending and down right evil, they messed it up for everybody else needing a second chance. With any luck a major flood will come Along And Suck that entire facility down into the depths of hell where it belongs. I wish you all the very worst in life."
"Highly disappointed in this establishment. All of your patients should be treated fairly and with dignity. Doing your job to the best of your ability without your personal prejudices getting in the way of care is expected. People come here for various reasons and each person should be attended to in the same understanding and respectful manner. Unnecessary testing of any kind can be costly and not always possible when things need to be done in urgency, so to require unnecessary testing for a physical approval can really hurt someoneβs chances at success in their career if things have to come to a halt because of frivolous reasons. To end this review I would like to say trusting your patients and treating them with respect will create a better provider/patient relationship and experience in the future."
"Not very happy with my visit. I went in experiencing stomach and chest pain. Keep in mind it had been going on for two weeks and the first time they diagnosed me with GERD. I returned back experiencing worse symptoms and this time I was diagnosed with Colitis. The day after my symptoms had worsened to extreme levels and I needed to go to the emergency room. Come to find out, Iβm having an appendicitis and going in for emergency surgery. They couldβve caught this and I could saved my body a lot of pain. Will not be returning here."
"I had the best experience ever at the doctors here. As soon as I checked in they were able to see me and ran the tests they had super fast. The staff was extremely kind and easy to talk to. The environment was not intimidating like other doctors offices Iβve been to in the past. Definitely coming back here next time I need to see a doctor. Thanks for the help and the great experience!"
