"I love this practice! I refer them to everyone I know. They have moved to Trolley Road now. The staff is very friendly and everyone makes you feel comfortable and cared for. They take time to listen and don't brush you off."

"I came back to edit my review after my last visit or lack thereof. First, Marci Wood is AMAZING. Truly the only reason I still came here. Today I called because I am sick as a dog. Not upset that they can't get me in immediately but... not for several days?! Then she says I can't see any of the SEVERAL other doctors they have there because they don't "share" patients. Um, I don't care whose patient is whose. I AM SICK!! Wait nearly a week because they don't share? I obviously need to begin to look elsewhere. I hope I can find somebody as good as Marci but that policy is not in the best interest for a sick patient... or even your business. I'd either re-think that or educate whoever answers your phone. I'd love a call back on this, hopefully with a different answer."

"Unhelp and dissmissive: I called to make my first appointment and was told I should call MY primary doctor or go to urgent care. She manages 5 office and doesn't have any appointments for weeks or a month....I was so confused, I ask her if I called a primary care office? She said yes. Well that's why I called, I don't have a primary doctor to call! Thanks anyways"

"Absolute nightmare trying to get a prescription with these idiots. Been going here for 8 months and every single month they manage to severely mess up the easiest part of their job! Every month is different whether they send it electronic or make you pick up a paper prescription. Staff is nice enough but they've caused me to miss over a week of work because they dont follow up when you ask and cant figure out how to use their own computer system to get me my scrip on time. Wayyy too sloppy and inconsistent for me to trust with my health. I will not be going back again."
