"I am so sad and disappointed by this. I have been going here for 3yrs now and loved the staff and even Temple very much. But the constant waiting an hour or more past my scheduled appointment time is just too much! My and my family’s time is just as important and valuable as anyone else’s and yet it was constantly wasted. The first couple times I mentioned it and was told they were just busy so I moved past it. The next few times I expressed my frustrations and was told they had emergencies so again I moved past it. I stormed out and rescheduled an appointment after sitting and waiting almost 2hrs past my appointment time and missing my husbands homecoming from deployment but again moved past it. Today yet again I showed up early for my appointment and was left waiting an hour after my scheduled appointment time. My kids were tired and I had other appointments scheduled that afternoon and no one had come to see me yet so I left with my kids. I am so very disappointed. I have been kind and understanding each and every time but it just keeps happening as if I am not also an important patient with other things going on. I have made sure to show up early or on time to each and every one of my scheduled appointments and yet I don’t receive the same courtesy. It would be so easy to have someone or a nurse come in and say “hey we are running behind, would you like to wait or reschedule?” But nope they just leave you waiting and waiting and when I have brought it up it was treated like so what, deal with it we are busy. That is so unacceptable. If I was late for an hour or more I’d be told to reschedule or pay a fee but they can be late an hour or more? I am so very saddened by this as all the staff have always been so kind and polite and I have never had an issue with any one at the front desk, lab, nurses or even temple. They have all been lovely and I really enjoyed Temples knowledge and help. But I can not continue wasting my, my family and my other obligations times. It is not fair to me or anyone else for that matter. The fact that they don’t see this as an issue of bad practice is crazy to me. I may be a bit of a stickler for accountability as someone who grew up in, married to and served in the military myself but I think at some point they need to have some for their selves. Either don’t schedule so many people a day, communicate with your patients or just show up on time but don’t disrespect your patients like they don’t matter. So very very disappointed."
"I see Temple Simpson and she's AMAZING!! I have recommended so many people to her. She's knowledgeable, kind and thorough. I have had no concerns after she began my care and she has truly gotten me back on track!"
"Temple is nothing short of amazing. She is very thorough. She explained my autoimmune disease in a way I could understand and why my body isn’t operating properly and where the problem stems from which relays into explaining how the medications affect my body. Not only did she go into depth but she welcomed all of my questions and concerns with compassion and empathy. I truly felt heard, understood and ended up with so much great information after my visit and also with resources for more information to research on my own time. She was well organized, professional but extremely personable!"
"I have been going to Magnolia Endo for a few years now. I’ve been in remission from graves disease for almost 2 years, so I haven’t been to an appointment for awhile. I came in to check my levels and see how I am doing. I love this office. ALL the staff is friendly and sweet. I had to wait an hour and I was getting upset u til I realize Temple Simpson was giving her patients all the time they need. She did the same for me. She made me feel heard and cared for. I recommend this office to everyone."
"Love Temple! She is the best and really knows her stuff! The reason I gave 4 stars is because the wait times are getting to be a bit much. I know things run behind but this happens every time I have an appointment no matter the time of day."
