"This place sucks. Everytime I go there, front desk ladies are rude, the doctors barely care for your health. I’ve given them multiple tries here. The check out lady is rude. Don’t go here if you care about your well being."

"Had bloodwork done, when I seen the results on my Health life app there was some numbers in the red that was alarming. I never received a call or anything about the results. These large medical groups are making it impossible to get in touch with your doctor to go over someone’s issues."

"I may be getting ahead of myself since I’ve only had a single appointment here, but everyone I interacted with was fantastic. The woman I checked in with, whose name I unfortunately forgot to get before leaving, was very friendly and helpful when it came to figuring out my new insurance. The nurse Meka (Neka? Apologies, I can’t hear sometimes) was amazing. I’m usually a little anxious during medical appointments, but she was wonderful to talk to and put me at ease pretty much immediately while she got my vitals. Rosie the PA was just as great as the rest of the staff. She answered the laundry list of questions I had, was very informative, and got everything I needed arranged without hesitation. I just recently made the change from a different primary care establishment to Roper’s primary care, and this first visit has shown me that I made the right decision. It’s nice to know that with such excellent people working here, I won’t have to dread going to the doctor."

"Best experience I have ever had at a PCP office. I interacted with 4 different staff members during my visit, and everyone was SO pleasant and helpful! My husband said the same thing about his visit a couple weeks prior. They also take their time with patients, was not rushed at all. They're great over here!"
