"I had the absolute worst experience at this location!!! I had placed an order for pickup for 10:00am and it was done 5 days in advance. I arrived about 15 minutes later than the scheduled pickup time and was informed that my order was not ready. They tried to justify it by stating that they had just opened and it’ll take another 45 minutes to get it ready. I was not able to wait that long so they said we will get it ready in 5-10 minutes. In the meantime, I watched the employees in the back put on rotten fruit for my arrangement. I immediately asked for a refund and canceled my order. It was a horrible experience and they ruined my whole event. Stay as far as possible from this location."

"Ordered an arrangement from this location and there should have been 12 pieces of chocolate covered fruit, but they only gave 6. And the chocolate covered oreos were missing. We called and spoke to someone and she said they made a mistake, but she would take down our name and number and that the manager would give us a call the next day to provide some type of refund. We never received a call back. Bad customer service and unprofessional."

"Owner is nice, but the staff is a nightmare. I called to clarify my order and the woman picked up the phone who really shouldn’t be allowed to talk to customers! At first she provided me with incorrect information about my order, then she realized that she was wrong and instead of apologizing she started giving me HUGE attitude and goes ‘I don’t care who you are and my computer is not working properly so I can’t do anything for you’ Then she hung up. I order from Edible Arrangements very frequently and never had such an unpleasant experience. I called back to find out what the status was and asked to speak to the owner. He was very nice and assured that my order is taken care of. He also said that the woman has been working for him for 7 years! Honestly, it’s a real shame that he has someone who is so unprofessional working for him and tolerates how that individual treats customers. I’ve never had to deal with someone who is so rude and unprofessional before and it’s a real shame that she still has a job! There are so many other places to order from and getting a gift basket should be a pleasant experience, instead of being treated like worker is doing me a huge favor by picking up the phone!"
