This is a true one-on-one where your experienced therapist works directly with you, watching you for pain in movement, changing the exercise to suit your ability, and there to ensure they understand you and your body. After two accidents over the past year and a half, two surgeries, and a new osteoporosis diagnosis, I have a very unique situation with a lot of pain and tightness. Sydney is working to improve my my overall abilities knowing there’s a lot going on. Her overall experience and personal touch is making it easier to go to what I’ve always thought of PT. "My 11 yo, sports is life son, had knee surgery in August. He got really down about not being able to walk for weeks let alone play ball for months.
