"Twice this week, no one has shown up for my appointment. When you have a fasting blood test, you arrive early and hungry, you wait with 5 others who also have confirmed appointments and the office remains locked up and no one shows up. HORRIBLE! Twice this week."

"Im a year late but HORRIBLE. The female that works ( hopefully doesn’t anymore) WAS HORRIBLE . Disgustingly RUDE for no reason. First of all instead of say hi how May I help you like a decent human being she stared me down and said something about an STI & STD Tests . And I was confused and shocked if I heard right. She definitely was trying to embarrass me. I said came in for blood work since I was getting surgery that year. Too many red flags and horrible things happened but Long story short RUDE . The worst. Don’t come here . I posted it online to see if i was the only one or there were more victims, And 5 people messaged me that the same thing happened to them!!! I encouraged them to post their review since she needs to be fired !!! I should have walked out. And regret not doing so. A person who’s about to stick a needle on you should make you feel comfortable and she was just horrible. She hates her job and needs to be fired and have her license removed if she even has one. November 2021"

"Worst experience ever!! I was trying to get my bloodwork done and the fax from my doctor didn’t go through, but they said the accept verbal allowance from the doctor on the phone. We called my doctor and she spoke with them and everything should of been all set, wrong they then proceeded to be very rude saying we don’t have the right information and saying how they need paperwork even though it states you can have verbal allowance with your doctor. The lady doing the bloodwork ultimately kicked us out and was very rude. I do now recommended going to this place ever!"

"No appointment. Waited maybe 15 minutes in clean waiting area. No one else was waiting. Elise was very kind and efficient. Knew I was a little nervous to have bloods drawn and made good conversation during the appointment."

"What an unpleasant experience! This morning I went to my appointment time. On the door outside it said mask required. Admittedly, I had forgotten my mask. Before I went into the waiting area I made sure there was nobody else there so I could talk with the staff and ask for a mask so I would make my appointment time. I checked in, waited because there was no staff out in the waiting area. The tech came out and immediately began to berate me in front of a patient who was just leaving her care. She got all kinds of huffy and puffy before I even had the opportunity to ask her if she had a mask. Initially she told me she didn’t and I profusely apologized, started crying because of how I had just been treated for an honest to god mistake, picked my stuff up, prepared to leave. She opened a cabinet with lots of boxes of masks and handed me one. I thanked her for the mask. Apologized again. When she asked me about my lab orders I let her know the doctor had sent them to me to send to the lab because I was traveling and didn’t know where I’d be when the time came for lab work to be due again. She went on about how it’s a HIPPA violation for her to receive the lab work from me to the Quest email. At that point, I felt so poorly about how this woman had made me feel just trying to get simple lab work done that I left. I called my insurance company and asked for an exception explaining what happened. They allowed me to use the other lab right around the corner. The experience was a world different and MUCH MUCH better! This was 5/18 at 9AM with a lady with some kind of cheetah animal print on her arm."
