"Not surprised Rating so low should have been a Red Flag . Was assured by office staff 3 times my Appt. As a new patient would be with Dr Bundy the dermatologist NOPE didn't happen .After waiting a hour and 20 minutes watching 10 people who came in after me go in and out. Never saw dermatologist was diagnosed with Rosacea and had two clogged pores that needed extraction NOPE Have to come back for that and dermatologist doesn't do it. Highly disppointed left office and found another Dermatologist who i physically saw and he said I don't have Rosacea and he took care of my clogged pores ! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DERMATOLOGIST BY ANY MEANS !"
"Going to the Dr. can be anxiety producing, especially when it’s to have your skin literally put under a microscope !! Megan Campbell PA-C and their team made me feel comfortable and taken care of. The staff here is great and also very helpful in obtaining your prescriptions at the best price for you. Definitely recommend !"
"From 5 star to 1 star. I had a minor treatment done here and discussed other treatment options that would not require me to come back. The doctor said she knew it was a pain for me to come in to which I said, no not really... it's just that it cost me almost $400 last time so I didn't want to come in again and again for that price. She understood and was very kind to me throughout the treatment. Upon leaving, I said I would stop by the desk and pay. The PA said the doctor told her that there was NO CHARGE for the treatment because I paid so much the last time. I was elated! A great visit with great staff and now I don't even have to pay!?! Awesome! I wrote a 5 star review and was slightly encouraged to believe there is some good times when dealing with the U.S. healthcare system. A week later, I received a bill. Okay...maybe there was some miscommunication internally at the office. I called and made a point to say "I'm not trying to get out of my bill, but WAS told there would be no charges" ..."We'll look into that and call you back." This happened nearly every week for 2 months: I call. I say the same thing. They responded exactly the same way. No one ever called me back after 7 phone calls. I finally paid the bill of $91 because I didn't want my credit score to suffer from their incompetence. No apology. No nothing. The receptionist actually said after I told her the whole story "can I take your number and someone will call you back?" I explained once again someone has said that to me 7 times over 2 months and NO ONE ever called me back. Get it together office staff. You're making every one else that works there look really bad."
"I saw Meghan Maloney, MS, PA-C and highly recommend her. She was so kind and through with my exam. She made sure I had no questions and did not rush. The office staff was great too. They worked efficiently to make my appointment go smoothly and to minimize any wait time. It was also a plus that I did not have to wait for months to get an appointment."
"I have gone to Dr. Bundy several times and I felt extremely deceived when it came to charges and billing for my treatment. The first time I saw Dr. Bundy, I went in for a biopsy for a skin condition I had for many years. I was very careful to ask how much the treatment would be, as I do not have dermatological insurance coverage, which I made sure they were aware of. I was given an exact dollar figure of around $350 for the biopsy, agreed to the price, had the treatment, and left. Several days later, however, I received a roughly $350 bill for the pathology report on the biopsy. Apparently, the price I was given by Dr. Bundy's staff was only for his end of the biopsy, despite the fact that I was never told about a separate pathology charge and specifically asked what the total cost would be before the treatment. I felt very deceived by this, particularly when this hidden charge basically doubled the total amount. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I went back to see him for the treatment of the skin condition which I was diagnosed with following the biopsy. The first treatment went well and I felt the charge was reasonable. I was relatively happy with the result, except for some redness that had developed at the injection site following the treatment, so I went back for a second treatment when it was necessary. I had the same treatment again for the spots that were left over from the first treatment but also pointed out the redness to Dr. Bundy, who simply told the technician to write down a type of medicine for it before he stepped out. He was in the room for all of 3-5 minutes. The technician then performed the treatment and that was that. However, on my way out, I found out my charge was more than double the first treatment for the exact same service. When I inquired about the increase in price, I was told that because I had asked him about the redness at the injection site from the first treatment, it counted as the treatment of two conditions, which is why my charge was so much more. Not only was the "condition" directly caused by his treatment (something I was never warned about prior), but the entire conversation about the redness took all of maybe 15 seconds and I'm not exaggerating. His staff even tried to tell me that the very localized redness, which developed at the treatment site (and only the treatment site) after they injected drugs into my skin, was not caused by his treatment but by something else. I guess they thought it was just a coincidence! Furthermore, I ended up buying a nearly $60 cream from him that he said would help it as a result of my question. Bottom line: his office charged me more than twice what I paid the first time for a 15 second question about a side affect from his own treatment! I think that’s a disheartening way to treat your patients."
