"Dr. Johnson saved my life. I have various mental health diagnoses and have struggled with depression, anxiety, addiction and other issues for a very long time. As you can imagine I have worked with many doctors in various settings over the years. I can say with no hesitation that Dr Johnson has been the very best among them and it's not even close. With his help and guidance I've repaired relationships I thought forever broken...my children, my partner, my parents and siblings, I have them all back now and I know if I never met Dr Johnson that would not be the case. I said this at the beginning but it bears repeating, Dr Johnson saved my life, and if one person reads this and chooses to begin treatment with him then it's worth it."

"Dr. Johnson is one of the best in modern medicine. Not only did he correct my thyroid, but he has done so much more. He truly cares about his patients. I respect this man immensely. Not to get snarky, someone writing a review regarding pills, that is not to be blamed on Dr. Johnson, we all have a choice and highly doubt that caused the ICU issue, if you were concerned for your Mother you would of been proactive, not reactive and place blame where blame is not due. I will recommend him all day long!"

"Dr. Johnson was my personal MD for many years while I was living on Hilton Head. His focus was always on preventive medicine for both physical and mental well being. It was like having a doctor and a psychologist all in one person. I moved off the island 3.5 years ago and now have a new doctor where I live in the NC mountains. It's just not the same."

"I was a patient for 5 years and moved away. I had something happen and needed my records so my attorney requested them formally, I requested them multiple times, and my family requested them. This has been 4 months ago and I am still calling them for my records. The lady at the checkout has absolutely no care for anyone that walks through those doors. How unprofessional can a business be? I think they are actually afraid to send them but I recorded every appointment and phone call that I ever had with this business. Luckily I’ve saved them on my hard drive. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor bc it will save you from future stress and headaches. I have PTSD and this business has caused my anxiety to be so much all bc they cannot simply follow directions and treat other as they would want their family treated. I thought this was a good dr at first but now all the reviews make sense where people are saying that they had bad issues with Hilton Head Wellness. Go anywhere but this dr."
