"I should have read the reviews before considering this garbage company. I scheduled my daughter for an appointment with a therapist who indicated that she accepted our insurance. The day of her appointment, they stated that they did not in fact accept our insurance (no changes in insurance), therefore I cancelled the appointment. A few days later we were billed 100 dollars as a cancellation fee. To be billed for a mistake on their end is ridiculous. BEWARE!"

"I was dropped as a patient because they replaced my physician with a new psychiatrist and could not transfer me. They do not seem to care that they cancelled my appointment without prescribing medication. I was directed to go to my PCP or even an urgent care. Save yourself a headache just stay away from this crock of doctor."

"This company is a fraud. $350 to speak with someone who claimed to be a dr for 30 mins and then said they want to refer you to someone else yet you get a bill for a physicians visit and 1 hour counseling. I emailed re the bill and "Your initial visit is not a guarantee of treatment, but rather an assessment that allows the provider to get a better understanding of your history and needs so that an appropriate treatment plan can be devised. Without this appointment, and the time spent asking you these questions, your provider would not be able to tailor your treatment plans to your needs.""

"Horrible experience with talkiatry. Met once with a doctor that had an accent that couldn’t be understood. I was promised my insurance would cover the appointment and then it didn’t and all they had to say after lying was “sorry, too bad” except minus the sorry part. Then even if I had wanted to meet again which I did not, I was notified that my doctor had quit and I would have to start over. Terrible experience!"
