"Extremely disappointed! I had been a patient over 2 years here. Recently, I had a mole removed. During my visit, the doctor reassured me that if it came back, that it would signify she “did not do her job right the first time”. Not even 2 weeks passed and the lump was still there and I called to come back in and they informed me I would have to pay the office visit. I explained what the doctor said about no charge, and they said they won’t charge you to remove it again but you would still have to pay an office visit. I said after less than two weeks and the lump is still there? Unbelievable!! Needless to say, I will not be returning."
