"Edit to this post: Trying to contact the billing and insurance person is useless. I have left 2 messages and they don't return the call. When you call back they send you to the person's phone which goes to voicemail. I call back and they say she is with a patient, leave a message. Well, it doesn't do any good to leave a message. Very disappointed in this portion of the clinic. I used the Moss Creek Orthopedic Urgent Care Center last week while on vacation in Hilton Head. I fell off an electric bike and fractured my foot. We were told about the urgent care center and we went without an appointment. Everything about the experience was perfect. We were in and out in just over an hour, had x-rays done, saw the doctor and left with a boot and crutches. They were even able to get me scheduled first thing the next morning for an MRI. The best part about it was the cost was significantly less than the regular emergency room. I would definitely recommend Moss Creek Orthopedic Urgent Care! The staff was excellent!!"

"I went to this clinic due to the high rating and convenience of location. The staff were all great and I got in quickly. I was scheduled for further imaging following my initial visit, which once again ran smoothly. However, the benefits stopped there. It took me approximately two weeks of calling and voicemails to receive any information regarding my imaging. I eventually got hold of a receptionist who had the PA relay the results shortly thereafter, and was told I was being referred to a specialist. This was almost three weeks ago and I have not heard anything back from either MCOUC or the specialist despite calling. In total I've called approximately 6 or 7 times and have only spoken to someone one of those times, and none of my voicemails have been returned. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because of the staff I interacted with in person, who were all fantastic. For acute issues, I'm sure this urgent care is perfectly fine, however, for conditions that may be more chronic or require further testing/imaging, I'd suggest some place else."

"Took my husband there and the service was absolutely outstanding. They all are very professional, understanding, and caring. Mr. Derek L. Winebrenner, PA-C is amazing explained everything to us and even helped us out thank you so very much the entire staff is amazing also Mrs. Teresa his nurse thank you for bring so kind."

"I'm from out of town, and my Father in law told me to come here. I heard there was almost a 2 hour wait earlier today, but I was seen in a very timely manner. Lots of people means they must be good!! Staff is very nice, and professional. If you need urgent Ortho care, I'm not sure how any place could be better than this. I was taken back for xrays right away, and the medical assistant made me feel very at ease. I was stressing about missing my whole vacation. The Dr...AMAZING. She took time to answer all of my questions, told me my options, and above all, got me out of pain! This is a thousand times better than going to an ER!!! This is a wonderful option. If you're in pain, or thinking about going, don't waste one more minute. You can't get more professional care and attention. Now I just need to get back to my vacation!"
