"Went in and doctor said my blood pressure was low but she was very doubtful, I asked her what it was supposed to be? She did not even know, she said well it could be low due to your age, height and weight but she never actually gave me an exact answer which obviously didn’t make me feel good. After I was done being checked for what I mainly came for, I told her I was feeling pain somewhere else and her response was “Well let’s fix this first and then you can come in again and we can check that.” I do not think a doctor should ever say that, the doctor should be able to check all your concerns if you are already there."

"I have been coming to this office for 15 years and have never had a bad experience. Dr. D has all the answers. Natalia tries her best to get you in and out and Ernie, well he's funny looking but does a great job. Thanks for taking care of my health."

"On June 19 I called Cross Island Medical Center for an employee Jessica due to her being the emergency contact when I have an anxiety and panic attacks in public due to the fatal death of my husband and was hung up on by the receptionist Natalia I am an Active Duty Soldier who currently works at the Pentagon but I am from Beautiful Beaufort. Mental health is real and it is disturbing and disgusting that a medical center receptionist would just hang the phone up on a total stranger due to who they asked to speak with. This is heartbreaking being that I have heard so many great things about this establishment nonetheless customer service is everything in the medical field and maybe the Receptionist needs more training on customer service and telephone etiquette."

"The doctor and staff were all very friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable-I'd gotten a bad infection in my ear while on vacation! When I had an allergic reaction to the meds, they saw me quickly the next day to help me out and didn't even charge me for that visit--such a relief to find people that actually care about your health!!!"
