"Made an appointment for my daughter online and chose the specific reason in their drop-down. Entered her date of birth as part of the process. When we showed up for the appointment the caregiver refused to see her due to her age. Then the said caregiver said “whatever” as we were leaving after I explained that the online process didn’t align with her. We won’t be going back to this “caregiver” ever."

"Worst experience ever. Hire someone with a single ounce of compassion and people skills. Rude, inconsiderate, condescending, and zero compassion. You know it’s actually free to be kind to others and most people would assume you know that in the field you’re in. This is directed at the lady who calls people back in to the clinic. Wasn’t able to get her name."

"Took for ever to sign my son in 2 days in a row. Came back on 2nd day and, nurse said we didn't have an apt. After I booked it day before in person, and forget trying to get ahold of the nurse you saw, cvs mgmt. Said to call the pharmacy to get ahold of her, well that's kinda hard to do when nobody picks up the phone and when they do they immediately hang up on you! Wait ago HHI CVS! Had to wait forever for a new script to be called in. Rediculous."

"Allison at the minute clinic was amazing with our 4 year-old who developed strep while we were on vacation. She was thorough with her examination and we appreciate her attention and care."

"We made an appointment and the minute clinc is temporarily closed. We checked in on the phone and nobody contacted us to inform of. Wish we knew this before we wasted our time. Nobody in the CVS was friendly or of help either."
