"Dr. Danielle Yuen is so caring and knowledgeable, she always listens and never makes me feel hurried. Anytime I've had any kind of blood work or test she makes sure I get the results in a very timely manner and asks if I have any questions and if I do will go over anything with me. The staff is absolutely wonderful there too, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! My husband has switched to their practice also and is very happy."

"Dr. Danielle Yuen is probably the worst kind of doctor there is. She refuses to return phone calls and honor her 30 day contract. Dr. Yuen gives you the feeling like you can trust her with suicide and then jokes with other members of the roper law health system. If you want dr patient confidentiality this is not the place to go."

"Absolute worst experience I have ever seen! I called in two times trying to make appointments. The level of disrespect is unreal. The first attempt I was hung up on. The second attempt we were told we could schedule an appointment for the next day. I objected to this and ask for an in person appointment due to some concerns I have and needing vitals and a full exam. She would not allow it, but since we objected she then would not give us the virtual appointment for the following day. While I love the Dr the staff is atrocious, unprofessional, and very disrespectful. Jackie (in the after hours call center) was not helpful and I would never have such an uncaring employee working with my office representing my company. It is sad that people have to deal with this type of treatment. I will be switching doctors today along with my other family members."

"I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. When I got there, they didn’t have my appointment though they did see me. Dr. Wrote me a prescription so I assumed they would send to the pharmacy I had listed on paperwork. No call from pharmacy, 24 hours later so I called the Dr. back and yep-said they would take care of it. Now it’s 72 hours later and my pharmacy still doesn’t have a prescription for me. I’m not used to this lack of service. Where I came from, that prescription would be called in within the hour of the appointment. I can’t image if this was something I really needed. Not pleased with the sense of urgency around here. Dr.’s attitude was like I was interrupting something important. I know I wasn’t on the schedule but that wasn’t my fault but there’s."

"Scheduled an appointment for a follow-up from an urgent care visit. It was confirmed twice, once by automated messaging two days before and once by a woman the day before. Three hours later, at 7:30pm, the appointment was canceled with no explanation. The gentleman offered to reschedule for three weeks away, which is just unrealistic when trying to find treatment for a persistent, serious illness. Unfortunately cannot recommend this office."
