"Today was the first time I went to a iv bar. They were the only walk in iv place I could find when I needed one. It was very clean and there were physicians on site which I thought was reassuring. The MA did a great job and I feel a lot better. I plan to go back soon!"
"Weird staff who smells your urine for a drug test. Myself and another person were told our pee didn’t smell/smelled too strong. Not sure what kind of psycho smells someone’s urine. Every other review about the staffs rude and unprofessional attitude is right on the money. But, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree because the office manager is usually and snotty as well. This place is trash."
"I came here for a DOT physical and next year I will be back! It only took 45mins (including wait time) for me 2 get my card. Mrs Hicks and Mrs Tiffany they were professional with awesome bedside manner"
"I visited this office for a pre-employment drug test. Front desk was fine but my collector, Tiffany Pearson, made me extremely uncomfortable. She was abrupt, disruptive and overall very rude. She yelled and knocked on the door when I was taking too long to give my sample and talked very slow and sarcastically if I asked her to repeat herself. Her coworker was no better, laughing at her behavior. I left feeling confused about what I did to deserve such hostility but she was just as rude to another patient."
"I am incredibly disappointed and confused why Chatham county chose this place as their go-to place for screening their new employees. I needed to get a drug test to become a lifeguard, for the background I am 19 and a full-time college student so I have classes o weekdays. After driving from the aquatic center to the human resources and then to here for my drug test I had to wait for over an hour just to be seen back. Then when I was finally taken back the woman proceeded to yell into my face about me having an attitude because I didn't hear her question to answer it. I proceeded to cry as anyone would after being verbally assaulted and couldn't even get a hold of the manager for almost another hour for her to administer the test, which then didn't even work as it had invalid results. At this point, I had to leave to make it to my class and quite frankly get out of there as I didn't even feel safe anymore. This is not truly urgent care but more so an overpriced clinic. The environment was completely unprofessional with people waiting in the front for over an hour and the manager's small children running around screaming the entire time. The employees talk about you behind the thin door and do not even attempt to show that they care at all. The front lobby is full of advertisement that shows how much class this place has, one reading "who's your daddy?" for a paternity test and another offering shockwave treatment for penile enhancement. I would not recommend anyone coming here but I know that many don't have a choice since the county chose it as their only testing facility for new hires."
