"I was extremely frustrated with my old PCP for many reasons. Ever time I called to schedule an appointment, it would be months before I can get in. Once I finally got an appointment I felt as if she didn't care about my issues , I felt rushed by both her and the Nurse Practitioner and my concerns were never addressed. When I called their office or sent a message via patient portal. I would either hear back days later or not at all. And don't get me started on the surprise bills when I thought services were going to be covered at 100% by my insurance. My health is a priority and I feel as though my PCP should feel the same way.
