"I received a bill more than 1 year later because the company had trouble with their license and enquired about my bill. Cynthia was on vacation and did not return my calls. then when I tried to reach out to her she said this "I am sorry that you are angry and more sorry that you are being rude about this situation but I will not argue this with you. You can either pay this bill or if not paid within 5 statements from the collection agency, they send it against your credit." Then she and the manager called me rude ( Cynthia was screaming at me over the phone and I hung up on her). The building manager said that I had frivolous claims and that did not know what I was talking about. Both the building manager and Cynthia lack customer service skills and exhibit a lack of empathy for customers."
