"Dr. Courtney is fulfilling her life purpose of helping people with chronic and reoccurring injuries. She really cares about her patients, and genuinely wants to get to know you. Then she will create individualized plans to get you healthy while also doing strength and mobility training so injuries do not reoccur. Personally, I had not been able to run long distances or play sports without fear of injury in over a year. After 5 sessions, I have been pain and injury free for several months now, and run 8-10 miles at a time without any pain. Thanks to Dr. Courtney, I am able to have an active lifestyle again.
