"I have only one complaint. BRING BACK RICHETTA DEAS. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. This switching her back and forth is unacceptable. She is needed here. It's difficult for patients to flip flop between providers. Where is the consideration. I saw your response and I guess Mrs. Deas won't be returning to John's Island Fetter Health? I'm very disappointed!!!"

"Here now and the lady at the front desk who does check in takes a hour just to have you fill out simple paperwork then she makes it seems like if you don’t have Medicaid you can’t be seen. Instead of doing her job and her job only she acts like a mother and it’s annoying I didn’t come here to see my mom I came to be seen from the doctor. The process is horrible & unnecessary. They only have 1 person and no one comes out to make sure everyone is good very much a lack of respecting others time. Wouldn’t recommend this is my LAST time coming here."

"Wow, such amazing staff, from the front desk to the labs to Dr. D., with 1 exception, from the check out lady .The only other thing was the long wait. I guess the lady at the scheduling did not put me down and suggested a walk in which I did. Overall, I'm really impressed with the quality of the care and the thoroughness of my son's visit today. I left happy.."

"As a MUSC graduate, 10 years experience and treating indigent patients at Chas. Co. Hospital, another 5 years in home health, and now myself a senior citizen I had the Very Misfortune of visiting this clinic on 3 occasions assisting my family member. My pets have far better treatment, care and dignity shown at my vets office than at this pathetically run facility. The total lack of caring staff should and will be reported to the proper funding organizations. 1st visit....maybe just a bad day although NO ONE in the waiting room. 2nd visit....no one in waiting room....receptionist wayyy too busy with visiting friends to check us in. 3rd visit , with appt. Waited over an hour ( ONE PERSON IN WAITING ROOM ).. After inquiring about the extended wait time...." Couldn't say, lady" was the response. And by the way....this was a Paying Patient."
