"IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment. Before Covid it was like a week or 2 at the most now it's MONTHS! I tried to make an appointment and can't be seen until February which is UNACCEPTABLE for a family practice. Seriously considering changing doctors due to the lack of availability."

"Dr. Bigelow is great, but the MUSC administrative process is terrible. If you have co-pays, deductibles, or anything like that, you can bet that it won't be long before you hit the problem of them charging you for something they shouldn't. And it isn't as fixable as you assume it's going to be."

"The staff here is amazing (that’s why 2 stars instead of 1), but I must say that timeliness is a major issue here. I checked in around 8:15AM for my 8:30AM appt. I didn’t get called for my vitals until 8:50AM. Once in the room, I wasn’t seen by the doctor until 9:50AM. I’ve never had this happen anywhere. The wait time was like waiting to be seen at an emergency room. This is unacceptable!"

"It's horrible anymore. Before covid, it was great. Now you can't get an appointment for weeks and weeks. The cut backs are ridiculous. Don't even try to get ahold of billing if they made a mistake. I sent an email in Nov 2022. Still haven't heard from them. Drove to the Carnes office from N. Charleston (25 min away) while I was waiting for someone to answer from billing. Finally hung up and after talking to the front desk who said they couldn't do anything about my issue. One lady said that the would look into it and call me. It's now April 2023 and still nothing. I was sent to a so called specialist who never even touched me but asked questions then basically said that I know what I need to do. I'm so disgusted with them. Why do we pay all this money for insurance when we get nothing in return."

"Dr. Huber was amazing! First time I've ever felt like a Dr. actually cared more about trying to help me than trying to see how many patients they could cram into an hour. He worked me in on short notice and explained every aspect of my treatment plan. from the time I walked in until I left, every member of the staff was pleasant and kind."
