"My husband and I had an initial appointment with them. We both left feeling not comfortable with our experience. We felt as if we were not important. I wanted to use my existing frames and the lady acted as if it was an inconvenience and frustrated with me. My husband needed a follow up appointment for an eye scan. We called 3 times to try to get an estimate on the cost. We were never called back and on the last time of calling my husband was told they would not give an estimate. He ultimately canceled his appointment and have been told by other offices this was ridiculous for them not to give us an estimate. I would not recommend this company to anyone."
