"Just left this place with my husband and we DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK. The receptionists are nice but Dr. Stuart Smalheiser does not have good "bed side manner" and acts as if he doesn't have time or interest in patient questions or concerns. His tone when answering some of our serious questions was very condescending and unpleasant. Regardless if you are a specialist, you went to school for this profession and should be able to answer simple questions that could impact patients concerns. I see why this establishment has a 2.3 rating. Heart issues are a serious thing especially for communities of color. We wanted to feel sincere care for our concerns and that DID NOT HAPPEN. If you can help it, DO NOT COME HERE FOR CARE!"

"I had a great first time experience. The Nurse that did my vitals was very nice and cheerful, made it less nerve wrecking for me. Dr. Smallhieser was also great himself. He was quick but yet very informative and took care great care of me during the visit."

"Initially our experience was great. My husband had a heart attack and they took him right in and put a stent in. Everyone in the hospital was great to us. However, it changed after he left. The visits with his cardiologist didn’t consist of much, no blood work, no anything. Fast forward to less than 2 years of the initial heart attack, my husband goes for a routine check up with his cardiologist on the 22nd of august. His cardiologist saw abnormal EKG and orders blood work and a stress test. The blood work was done the very next day but stress test was scheduled for Sept 19 !!! That’s for someone with a bad EKG and a history of a heart attack! On August 26th, he started calling the office for guidance and help as he continued to have discomfort in his arm and shoulder, just to get no response back. He called twice and was told to wait for a call back , that he never received. It’s Wednesday 31st and he still didn’t get a call back. My husband had a heart attack on that Friday night, August 26th. He’s recovering now. As we come to find out, his cholesterol levels were very high, but we had to come to the office to find that out and no one has ever called us with any concerns. Needless to say, my husband has a new heart doctor"
