"It's cheap and easy to complain about a community mental health center with limited resources so I wanted to jump on here to share a different opinion to offset some of the negative comments on here. I brought a youth here today for an emergency evaluation and the service was fantastic. I am a mental health clinician and have seen a lot of clinics ranging from private to public, and the interview performed was thorough, thoughtful, and compassionate, far better than many other clinics, even private ones. It exceeded my expectations. The appointment ran right on time so there was no long wait. The facility was clean, bright, and welcoming. I observed a therapist warmly greet a client in the waiting room; it was obvious they had a great rapport. Our intake interviewer left no stone unturned and the youth left feeling "heard." They created a plan for several types of services and the youth left feeling positive and eager to return. Thanks to Dorchester CM for your hard work and for being there in an often thankless job!"

"A close friend of mine was frightened for her daughter's safety. Reached out today by phone and felt with a compassionate woman on the phone with a stormy attitude. She was thankful it was her instead of her vulnerable daughter. The problem is after reading the poor reviews you really don't give a darn. You should be on sixty minutes to keep such a mean person answering the phone. If her child harms herself that is on you."

"Where to start with Mrs. Crystal Polk? She is amazing! She works tirelessly to help both my son and myself. She is absolutely always there when we need her and always has new ideas and activities to try to get his anger under some type of control. She has been a voice of reason and always kept things real. She checks in on us all the time to see how things are going at home.
