"I was using this facility before I moved. I moved and I’ve been struggling to find a doctor that would accept me for care. They kept rejecting me so I called MUSC back to see if they could help. Jessica took my call and really spent time going over options with me and going above and beyond to help me try to find care in my new location. It’s not something she had to do and it was much appreciated. Her little act of kindness really made a difference."

She listens to my concerns and always reassures me."

"I absolutely love going here. I’m currently going here for pregnancy, I’m 16 weeks and they make everything so easy. You call upon arrival, wait to go inside, once they call you, you just go inside for your appointment. My OB, Jessica Day, is amazing and so are the ladies at the front desk. They got me set up for all of my appointments. The nurses are laid back and personable but still professional. I’ve never felt so comfortable at a doctors office."

"This is my first pregnancy and I chose to work with Jessica Day, CNM. I can't imagine a better practitioner (and her nurse Ashley is equally amazing). I never feel rushed; she always takes the time to sit with me and my husband to answer any/all questions. You can tell by her demeanor she really cares. No issues with office staff and I've never waited longer than 5-10 minutes to be seen. I've also had great experience with Laura, the ultrasound tech- great sense of humor and knows how to relax a nervous first timer. The only downside I can see is because MUSC's practice is so large, my practitioner probably won't be the one to go through the L&D process with me."
