"The staff here was AMAZING, from the Front desk all the way to the doctor. They were very caring, pleasant, and made my experience so much better. The wait wasn't bad at all and they got me fixed up and out of there in no time."

Until I was turned away after showing up 1 hour before closing. “We are not taking any more appointments for today” white there was no patients in the waiting area. I have worked at an urgent care before and we have NEVER turned anyone away unless it’s literally closing time. Never coming here again."

"We frequently use this Urgent care. The front desk are very nice and helpful. They see us in as timely of a manner as they can even when they are slammed with people. The medical staff in the back are all great. They are kind and friendly with my children. Recently they took as good a care of me as they could when I had appendicitis. They always take the time to listen to any problems and questions. They take every concern seriously. My family appreciates everything they do here!"

"I came late all the staff was very nice and friendly. Except for one lady and the front did not greet me when I came in the office had to go to another whom was very nice. When was time to check me out was very cold and not friendly at all. She had a green shirt on with a either short wig on or hair"

"I've been to this location many times. Staff has always been friendly, professional and caring. But I recently took my mother here for a medical issue obviously. I noticed that the rooms are very dirty. Even if this is not an ER or a room you are having a surgery in people come in with all kinds of ailments, open wounds, etc. Besides the fact we're still in the middle of the covid pandemic. So I took some pictures to share. I was very upset and discusted with what I saw. The pictures show how filthy the tops of things are. This just makes you think if they don't clean this what else don't they clean. And these are just the pictures I could take before they finished up with my mother. Very dissapointed. The staff should be ashamed of this. CLEAN IMMEDIATELY!!!"
