"Didn't make it past the receptionist. She (receptionist/ check in person )was so incredibly rude and it was obvious that I was wasting her time with my back pain. She got really frustrated when I asked follow up questions about cost and my insurance and if she could check to make sure they took my insurance. She was getting visually frustrated and upset to the the point where I just took my stuff and left."
"Never received test results. Went in for tests and should've had a few days turnaround to get the results. Never received the results from the tests or a phone call from Doctors Care. They admitted that I was not informed of the results. What I did receive is a bill. When I called to dispute the bill they kicked the ball to "corporate." Corporate kicked the ball back to them. They finally said they would look it over and call back in a week. Never received that call. I called them back to find out that now I've been sent to collections and there's a dispute form that finally needs to be filled out."
"Went with a migraine. Heard someone ask about wait. Response was 30 minutes. Put my head down on a table. An hour later, I was the only one waiting. Finally got called back when I spoke to person at the desk. When I saw the doctor or nurse practitioner, was told they couldn't give me anything for the pain and that I had an ear infection. Was NOT given a prescription for the ear infection. Was told to go to ER for a MIGRAINE."
"The doctor was super nice and caring. Only downfall is they are super slow. I did the online check-in and when I arrived I was rye o Ky patient in the waiting room. It didn’t take long to get to a room but once I was in there l, it took over 30 min for the doctor to come in."
