"I believe the person I saw (Champion?) was the rudest and most unprofessional person I've ever encountered in healthcare. The fact that he still has his job or was even hired in the first place is unbelievable."
"Please tell me how I’m being charged for services that was fully paid by the insurance and myself a year later. Card is on file and it will not allow you to delete it. Can’t talk to no human. Complete fraud. My son had a ear infection and the guy who took care of him made is ear bleed by digging so deep. So thankful that he did not erupt anything serious. Sent him home with blood in his ear and ear drops…don’t go here if you want professional service."
"I made an appointment at midnight for a 10am appt that day. I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment for check in. The lady that took me to the room was very nice. When she started asking my symptoms, she wanted to get the doctor first to see what he would want to test. He came in, checked my ears and throat, told me he thought it was allergies, since I have fair skin. I told him I never have allergy issues, as I already take Zyrtec and a nasal spray daily. He then told me there were sicker people that needed to be seen, to get a new nasal spray, and I should just go home... I have never seen such horrible bedside manners from a doctor/NP. I believe his last name was Champion. Needless to say, here we are two days later, and my cough and chest is not any better."
"The nurse practitioner was extremely rude! I had an appointment at 11:10am. I'm 5 months pregnant (first time mom) and I tested positive for the flu. Champion, the nurse practitioner called someone else. I assume he knew this person as they were chitchatting. This lady told him that I was first and he completely ignored her and brought her in. Again, 5 months pregnant, miserable, with the flu. 20 mins later, he brought me in with a huge attitude. The kicker was when he tried to prescribe something for me to take but HAD TO GOOGLE IT TO MAKE SURE IT WAS SAFE. What the hell???? You work at a pharmacy! You could say they were short staffed, however the waiting area was COMPLETELY empty. The "minute clinic" ended up taking a total of 2 hours. I wish I read the reviews on the minute clinic before I went."
"Waste of time! I went to this location and saw and NP! I was being seen for upper respiratory/bronchitis. She said it was a viral infection before even examining me! She then said she could check my vitals and do a flu amd covid test. She said all she could give me was cough syrup. I left went to doctors care and had an xray come to find out I have pneumonia. Do not waste your time or money!"
