Just last night Dr B replied to my message through their portal at 2AM. His office staff is equally as caring, capable and genuine. We're very fortunate to have One Care for our medical needs. "Dr B is an amazingly attentive and kind doctor! His NP Natalie is exactly the same. I forget the woman’s name who did my blood draw but she is also friendly and personable and I barely felt the stick even though I am a needle wuss. On occasion you may wait a bit past your appt time with the doctor but it’s only bc he takes his time with each patient and will never rush you out the door if you have questions or palm you off to his assistant if your appointment is with him. I simply do not believe the review that states he “blew up” at them. Dr B is one of the most even tempered PEOPLE I have ever met, let alone doctor. Something else was definitely going on there that reviewer did not share. The new office location is also just lovely, serene and calm. The whole staff is amazing, my whole family goes here!"

"My wife visited the clinic for a doctor scheduled follow-up appointment. Arrived on time. After an hour and 20 minute wait she became concerned she was going to miss her next scheduled event. She asked the receptionist if the wait was going to be much longer, or if she should reschedule. The receptionist said she would check on the status, then shortly thereafter showed her to an exam room. The doctor then entered and blew up in her facing asking if she thought her time was more valuable than his. Without waiting for a response, she was too stunned, he let he know that he no longer wanted her as a patient. Followed that up two weeks later with a certified letter - not that we'd go back in any event."
