"Dr. Schuyler is the most unprofessional medical provider there is. The other reviews about his aggressive arrogance are accurate. After a year of seeing a different doctor in this office, Schuyler changed my appointment 3times only to have me come in to the office and yell in my face about how there was nothing he could do for me unless I wanted surgery. When I tried to respond to him he raised his voice even louder and responded with “THIS IS MY PRACTICE AND I WILL RUN IT HOWEVER I WANT!! *This man has NEVER examined me! I had one 5 minute appointment with him a year prior to this incident. His complete disregard for peoples wellbeing needs to be reviewed by a medical board.I do not recommend going to this office."
"The people there; from the front to the the; back are great. They were able to get me in a new patient appointment really quickly. The Doctor understood my pain and had a plan of how action ready! I am very glad they came so highly recommended in my network and i'm looking forward to feeling better!"
"I’m so very disappointed with this company. I was in an accident and broke both legs it took me over a year before I could go to this appointment because I had to go in person and I couldn’t transfer or leave my house until I healed and my legs were strengthened. It’s a slow process. When I got to the appointment they called me back. The lady asked me for a urine sample and I explained I couldn’t because I couldn’t get up on my own to use the toilet. That would put me at risk of falling. She frowned up making this nasty face at me and said, “you can’t pee? Well how you use it at home then?” I was so shocked she said that to me. Then she said, other people like you were able to give samples. I said I’m not other people. This went on and then she sent in the COO chief operating officer. The lady came in like the police and introduced herself and said if you can’t give a sample then I have to ask you to leave. We can cancel you or reschedule for when you can come give the sample. I asked to see the dr and she said if he comes we are going to charge you because you are taking up his time. They didn’t even ask me any questions about my condition, my disability or anything. She said she has to see me out. I wanted to cry so badly. I waited a long time for this appointment and I was crushed so low to the floor I wanted to cry, yell, tell them off, but I just started speaking to God and praying on the inside. I came to this office because it is pain management and it supposed to help manage the pain so I can reach the point to be able to do what they needed me to do. I have no pain meds. I was not informed about this before the appointment, and on top of that, I called the office the day before to ask if there was anything I needed to do or bring and the lady said insurance card and drivers license that’s it. I am very hurt I got no other option or alternative or couldn’t even speak to the dr. You all are so wrong for that. I waited over a year! You really need to consider other options for people in my situation. Then I had to wait a while because my disability transportation was scheduled to pick me up 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time."
"I have been coming here for many years. As soon as you walk in from the front desk to the nurses,,to the doctor, everybody’s respectful, professional, and at the same time treats me like family.. when I’m in their room with a doctor or the nurses I feel like they really care for me and give me the full attention that I need.they addressed all my concerns, and generally feel for me when I’m in pain. Highly recommend will not go anywhere else. They make it possible for me to get out of bed every day and live my life to the."
"Dr. Walter Schuyler had been my Dr for about a year, during 1 appointment, he burst into the room, red faced and angry. He demanded to know what I thought I was doing, shopping drugs and doing something with prescriptions. My husband and I were SHOCKED. I've never don't such a thing. It turned out to be a new pharmacy tech at the Buckwalter Kroger that submitted a prescription over and over, without my knowledge or consent. But he let me know, in an aggressive and confrontational manner, the the DEA had flagged him. I tried to continue treatment, but never received an apology and got excellent service from Mayo. If you want drug$, they might help, but I've moved on and have never been happier!"
