"I have been going to Dr Eller for 9/10 years now (hit by a dump truck in 2011) her and her team have ALWAYS listened to anything I have thrown at them over the course of my care. They have been very thorough and not just reactive to my medical needs, but proactive when going into my busy season and might be traveling extensively. I of course am very conservative with treatment, so do not feel I am a red flag patient. Being honest, flexible and open minded is a must to ensure a successful Dr /Patient relationship. I highly recommend them!"

I have had 9 major orthopedic surgeries and my condition cannot be "cured" I find the staff to be empathetic and sincere in their efforts to make me as comfortable as possible. . "I have to say that I do not see how they can call themselves pain management. Have not managed my pain. They absolutely could care less about me and how I feel. Nothing I said was taken seriously. There is zero urgency. I bet they all talk and laugh about their patients that are suffering. Sadists. All they seem to care about is the money......not providing relief. I have wasted a year going there and I am just as miserable today as my first office visit. "Phone answerer" Heather is so incompetent it is laughable. They should drug test this person. Quite a racket they got going on and....perhaps all pain doctors are the same and maybe......none of them care."

"This was the worst experience I've had with a health care "professional." I won't even call her a doctor. I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, and Spinal Stenosis. On my first visit she told me to take Tramadol (extended release...what a joke) and set an appointment for an MRI that showed I have degenerative disc and Spinal Stenosis. Now with that being found she signed me up for Epidural Shots that would line her pockets $$$$ pretty good and at the same time...hit or miss if these non FDA regulated toxins would even help. So the 2nd visit she informed me BCBS Insurance would not pay for the shots until I saw a chiropractor or therapy first. I thank GOD they denied her to get $$$$ off me and scamming my insurance company! On the 2nd visit I was of course in horrible pain, so she said to take the Butrans patch and that my insurance would cover it. Well that was lie. Four patches costed me a total of $435.89 at CVS. Again, pushing for the therapy to fill her pockets with BCBS insurance money. I knew by the 3rd visit it was NOT me she cared about it was approval for the shots that she could NOT get unless I did therapy. I was NOT about to allow this so called "doctor" to touch me with a needle when she's not competent enough to write a prescription right. She loves to say also... "you don't want to see the bad side of me!!!" Omg that was too funny b!@## that's all you have is "a bad side!" Please save yourself a lot of pain and time...if your primary sends you to this sorry excuse of a human RUN!!! DO NOT GO!! SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU...ONLY WHAT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY WILL PAY FOR!"
